We are thrilled to host “Outer Waters” at our Santa Barbara Gallery, curated by Marsea Goldberg of New Image Art, featuring the work of Chelsea Wong, Carlos Ramirez, Jeffrey Cheung, Obi Agwam, and Sachi Moskowitz.
