Mollusk Surf Shop is looking for a full time customer service associate to join our team in Venice Beach! Are you a Greenough enthusiast? Do you enjoy a pinched rail? Are you "Mindfull"? Mollusk customer service associates are enthusiastic about creating a positive, unique, and informative experience for our customers. All applicants should have these qualities and skills:

• Courteous, respectful, and excited about customer service.
• Reliable, punctual, and team oriented.
• Be capable of multitasking and prioritizing in a fast paced environment.
• Have attention to detail and help keep an organized, tidy, and stocked store.
• Knowledge and appreciation of surfboard design
• Experience working in a retail environment.
• Experience in Vend or other point of sale software is a plus.
• Experience working in a surf shop is a big plus.
• Retain and relay information about current surfboards and clothes.
• Confident and clear when communicating product information. Capable of responding to questions about Mollusk products and detailed surfboard information.
• Must be able to work one or both weekend days.
