Mollusk is looking for someone to join the team at our San Francisco store. This position’s main responsibilities are helping customers and keeping the store well-stocked and tidy. All applicants should have these qualities and skills:

• Great with customers: must be courteous and empathetic.
• A good team member: must be reliable and punctual.
• Must surf
• Organized: must be tidy and willing to contribute to a clean and well-stocked store.
• Knowledgeable: must have some appreciation and familiarity with the culture at Mollusk (surfboard design, art, music, etc.).
• Must be able to work at least 3 days per week including one or both weekend days.
• Experience working in a retail environment is a plus.
• Experience working in a surf shop is a big plus.
• Experience with surfboard design is a big plus.
