Kelly Inouye runs the Irving Street Projects space located just up the block from our shop in the Outer Sunset, an exhibition space and art studio dedicated to experimental projects in contemporary art. Their current exhibit, "Everyday, a color" by Leah Rosenberg features colors from and reactions to the neighborhood which she has used to paint the space coat over coat everyday for for the past three months! Tomorrow, May 15, they will be holding a Stripe Revealing ceremony displaying the layers of colors that have enlightened this space over the past few months. Cruise down at 5pm for some refreshments and good vibes.
